Fatal Rollover Crash in Bakersfield

A man who has not yet been identified by police was pronounced dead on the scene of a single-vehicle car accident on Sunday. The accident, which occurred near the intersection of Wible and McKee roads, is still under investigation. It is not known at this time if drugs or alcohol were involved.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that there are over 300,000 rollover accidents each year. Many of these involve only one vehicle. If you or someone you love has been injured in a rollover, please call California car accident attorney Mickey Fine at (661) 333-3333 for a free consultation.

While the cause of this rollover accident is unknown, many rollovers are the result of faulty vehicle design. Even vehicles with ESC cannot always prevent rollover accidents or the serious injury they frequently cause. These injuries can be compounded or made fatal by improper restraints or design defects that allow for roof collapse and other dangerous consequences. This means that, even when only one vehicle is involved, victims may be entitled to seek compensation by holding negligent auto manufacturers accountable.

If you have been injured in a rollover accident, California car accident attorney Mickey Fine can help. Please contact us online or call our Bakersfield office to schedule a free consultation and learn more about your rights.
