Nearly Four Million Graco Car Seats Recalled

Graco, one of the most popular manufacturers of children’s products, has issued a recall for almost four million car seats sold between 2009 and 2013. According to the company, these seats have a buckle defect that increases the risk for serious injury or death in car accidents.

Recalls are one of the ways companies attempt to avoid liability when they manufacture defective products. However, a recall does not reduce a company’s liability when their product causes or exacerbates injury.

California personal injury lawyer Mickey Fine knows how companies try to cheat victims out of compensation. He is prepared to take your case and fight for your rights, helping secure the maximum compensation you are due.
